If I'm doing more than two at a time I up the cooking times a little. It has worked out great for busy school mornings and is so much less expensive (and healthier)than the store bought pancakes. I pick a day once every couple of weeks and make a lot. I then let them cool and then store them in the freezer in gallon size Ziploc bags in stacks 4 high. I can get 16 pancakes in each bag. I hope this helps!

Amy LynneAmy Lynnehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00405915657362163332noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-442321754776565550.post-82161770621671209412009-07-28T14:06:46.022-07:002009-07-28T14:06:46.022-07:00After you freeze the pancakes, do you just reheat ...After you freeze the pancakes, do you just reheat them in the microwave?Beccahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01335822447056360488noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-442321754776565550.post-82463868812488084492009-07-27T09:53:29.215-07:002009-07-27T09:53:29.215-07:00too funny.
