Well we're off to another week of summer break! Not much planned- the boys are going to go with their Papa (grandpa) to the water slides one day and we're off to the dentist on Monday. Here's what we've planned (food wise) for this week-
Breakfasts: cereal, oatmeal, omelets, pancakes (freezer batch), banana nut muffins, Eggos, French Toast
Lunches: sandwiches, quesedillas, salads, hot dogs, corn dogs, homemade "lunchables"(crackers& lunch meat)
Sunday- Garden Salad with grilled chicken breast and/or Steak (dh does not eat chicken).
Monday- Fried Chicken, mashed potatoes, High Five Recipe- Creamy Mac and Cheese (thanks Laura)-All from scratch
Tuesday- Pork Chops, scalloped potatoes (new Recipe), and asparagus
Wednesday- Steak Fajitas and refried beans
Thursday- Beef Tri Tip, broccoli, steamed red potatoes, bread sticks
Friday- HOMEMADE Pizza!! 2 pizzas -1 all pepperoni and cheese 1- 1/2 combo, 1/4 Hawaiian, 1/4 pepperoni and sausage (I'll try to post this process, the pizza turns out so well!!!)
Saturday- Pasta with red sauce, Italian sausage, salad, and
